- 1/3 cup onion, minced, about 1/2 a small onion
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teapsoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
