- 4 lamb loin chops
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
